A highly accomplished banker, technocrat and businessman, Mr. Daramola is presently the Group Managing Director / CEO of Harmony Holdings Limited (HHL), an organization saddled with the responsibility of coordinating the business interests of Kwara State in diverse sectors of the economy and ensuring their efficient and profitable management. Before then, He was the Director General, Kwara State Bureau of Lands. He has at various times spearheaded and contributed immensely at committee levels in Public Policy formulation and implementation in Kwara State.
He was appointed a director of Shonga Farms Holdings Ltd in 2006. The company is one of the largest commercial farms in Nigeria with expansive collection of diverse expertise and the product of a successful Public Private Partnership between a group of white Zimbabwean farmers and the Kwara State Government which has become a model in Nigeria. He has been actively involved in the operation of the farms and has widely consulted up to the ministerial level on the Agribusiness activities and policy issues. He promoted the deployment of benefits associated with Agribusiness by spearheading the integration of the smallholder's farmers within the Shonga operating environment / communities. Mr. Daramola became the Chairman of Shonga Farms Holdings in 2011. He coordinated the first cassava chips export from Shonga Farms to China, Israel and Hong Kong.
A Fellow of both Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Mr. Daramola hold a Bachelors' Degree in Banking and Finance and M.Sc. Business Administration from the Ogun State University and University of Ilorin respectively.
He has attended leadership courses both locally and internationally, from world acclaimed institutions such as Cranfield University, Bedford, United Kingdom and IMD Lausanne,
