Bolaji Akinboro, Co-Founder of Cellulant Corporation and CEO Cellulant Nigeria runs the largest programs in Agriculture on the African continent. He led the delivery of the Growth Enhancement Support Program (GES); an agricultural subsidy program of the Federal Government of Nigeria that has distributed fertilizer and seed subsidies worth $1billion to more than 7million rural farmers in a 4 year program.
This intervention program is currently being replicated with the Government of Liberia through LATA (Liberia Agricultural Transformation Agenda) and has recorded a remarkable on-boarding of 200,000 farmers into the e-Wallet ecosystem in 60days and will implement a $7.5million input distribution program.
The Federal Executive council just recently renewed the contract for subsidy disbursement via the Cellulant E-wallet in Nigeria.
He is the lead design architect and implementer of the most robust Agriculture payments and service delivery grid on the continent. The AgriKore platform creates a unique technology that puts a farmer at the center of the Agriculture value chain.
This systematic framework priorities the farmer and build a unique identity & agricultural services demand profile for the farmer and agriculture service providers. As a result, enables them gain access to finance from government and banks, to suppliers for the sale of inputs and to off-takers for the sale of their produce.
