Nneka Eze is an Associate Partner and the Lagos Office Director at Dalberg Global Development Advisors, where she also co-leads Dalberg’s Global Agriculture and Food Security Practice. Nneka has worked with a number of investors, foundations, national and subnational governments, and private equity fund portfolio companies in agriculture, education and employment, and financial services.

On behalf of the Rockefeller Foundation, Nneka has led the design and launch of The Rockefeller Foundation Cassava Innovation Challenge with the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture. The challenge aims to extend the shelf life of cassava in Nigeria by bringing together global solutions to an issue that affects over 200 million farmers in Africa. Previously, Nneka managed the review of entry options for KfW in Africanagri-finance, leading to the creation of the Fund for Agricultural Finance in Nigeria (FAFIN). For Root Capital, Nneka managed a feasibility study on the opportunity to lend to sectors outside of coffee in Rwanda. She has worked on seed policy and public sector seed strategy development, smallholder farmer segmentation analyses, and market entry and expansion strategies for FMCG companies. She has worked extensively in Nigeria and across Africa.
